We have managed to get together a great team for the Llanelli 10k on 21st June. So far we have a confirmed 10 runners for the team and we are hoping there will be far more by the date. The run will take place around the coastal paths of Llanelli. We’d love you to come along and support us. If you want to join the team please do not hesitate to contact us.
John Carruthers, Grant Rees and Mike Edwards will be taking part in the Great Manchester Run on 17 May 2009. The boys are training hard for the 10k around the city of Manchester and looking forward to the challenge.
